Easy to use email system
Easy to use email system. I love being able to construct attractive mailers easily. I also like the new Ai helper.

Get Response has improved a lot over…
Get Response has improved a lot over the years. I have been with them at least 6 years and it gets better every year. They are more user-friendly and support is knowledegeable and helpful.

The automation is easy to use
The automation is easy to use. The landing pages are ok but limited. I asked to downgrade to free plan as it’s expensive but you can’t do that - you have to cancel and then start a fresh account. Which is hassle so I won’t bother. I did think about downgrading and upgrading again later when circumstances changed but I won’t know due to the way they structure it. This is the main downside- if this was different would have given 4 stars. Overall not bad at all just a bit pricey.

I am a Getresponse customer for almost 10 years
I am a customer for almost 10 years for my small business, and highly recommend getresponse. Very reliable, great customer service on chat, very easy to use.

You think email I think getresponse
It's not easy to write a review for companies online for me, cause sometimes I don't stop working to even drink a glass of water. But today and right now I have time. GetResponse have been a great support to me and my online business for 4 years, I think. Their support team have done me wonders even today and I know in the future. Alway on top of things to help their customers. You should use them too.

It's not easy to write a review for companies online for me, cause sometimes I don't stop working to even drink a glass of water. But today and right now I have time. GetResponse have been a great support to me and my online business for 4 years, I think. Their support team have done me wonders even today and I know in the future. Alway on top of things to help their customers. You should use them too.
