"Good chatting tool"

What do you like best about Gist? Gist chatting tool is awesome and it has great with their workflows and so on. Sequences can be used for cold reach outs. What do you dislike about Gist? The bot chat flows can be much better. There are a few issues with the tool which need to be addressed in a timely manner. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? Live chat, is an easy way of using templates, the latest conversations, and the user details.

"Feature-rich customer support tool with a great UX"

What do you like best about Gist? Gist has a lot of great features and a great user experience for both site visitors and support agents. The onboarding was very intuitive, also thanks to their detailed knowledge base. So far we have only used the live chat and bots, but we are already working on migrating the custom knowledge base of our SaaS to Gist. What do you dislike about Gist? "Love the software, already recommended it to a friend who also subscribed to it"

What do you like best about Gist? Easy setup, extremely professional interface (UI) and UX. Love the live chat customer service they have to solve issues. What do you dislike about Gist? The software is amazing, I just wished they offer no branding for the professional plan. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gist? I was able to eliminate multiple other software I used to run my business by switching to Gist. I'm very happy that I have everything I need in one easy to use dashboard. It's perfect. What do you dislike about Gist? Not much to be honest. Easy to use and the integrations with other plaforms via zapier or webhooks make syncing between different stacks and absolutely breeze What do you dislike about Gist?
