What do you like best about Gist? free, simple to install with one coding line to copy and past What do you dislike about Gist? dashboard is a little complicated, Arabic language support need to be much sharpened What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? Some visitors don't like to hit WhatsApp button or any other cta. So, the chat is more friendly

"Awesome product"

What do you like best about Gist? CRM + LiveChat + Automation + Knowledge base in a single tool! What do you dislike about Gist? Despite of language support other than English on the LiveChat, it does not have the same when conversations are transfered to email conversations. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? Supporting my customers fast and tracking tickets

What do you like best about Gist? I use Gist mainly for chat support and knowledge base What do you dislike about Gist? I would love to see a more friendly support team. Dark mode colors are awful, you should improve them! What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? Gist helps me understand my audience and offers a better support

It is not a dislike and just a suggestion. Maybe it is active now, but I didn't find them. It is excellent and helpful that there were some tutorials about configuring it in different projects. "Feature rich CRM"

What do you like best about Gist? Trial emails and customer support messenger with behavioral targeted emails and messages. What do you dislike about Gist? Occasional bugs, but they are usually fixed fast by customer support. What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? help desk, targeted emails, customer support

"Great Part of Our Stack"

What do you like best about Gist? I really appreciate how well the live chat works. I can send GIFs, reply by email, it's very well done. I really appreciate the mobile app for chat - it allows me to help customers no matter if I'm at my desk or not. What do you dislike about Gist? "A really smooth chat experience though not without usabilty issues"

What do you like best about Gist? We are using Gist to replace a more fully featured but buggy chatbot. Gist works really well at handling human conversations. It's pleasant on the eyes and instills confidence in users. What do you dislike about Gist? The notification settings are a little parsimonious. If a user is logged in, no email is sent--fine, I suppose, but means that even though Gist may not be open in the browser no notification is sent because it remembers the user session. Gist ...

"Surprisingly good tool"

What do you like best about Gist? Few things - Easy to understand UI - Email customizations - Mutliple filters optios to create different customer segments - Efficient chat bot What do you dislike about Gist? - Nothing much - Would be good to have video/GIF embed in the braodcast email - Also would be good if we can send email to people outside of the segment What problems is Gist solving and how is that benefiting you? - CRM for managing customer relationship
