What do you like best about Genuity? By far the the service and communication are great. They actually take customer feedback and impliment changes that make sense in a timely manner. I really enjoy the product over all. Very excited as they grow the product and offering.

What do you like best about Genuity? This tool makes managing my assets straight forward and logical. All the pertinent details are captured and easy to find on both Mac and PC. Genuity support staff is very quick and responsive, always going the extra mile when I have requests. Support staff isn't afraid to call and chat about concerns, getting to the point and the resolution much quicker than others who only correspond via chat or email.
