I love the ability to search for employees and not scroll through endless pages of a traditional org chart. The ability to quickly move people around is so helpful, and the reports are great. While I haven't spent many hours in Gemini's more powerful tools designed for FP&A (scenario planning etc), I have devoted ample time to everyday operational tasks as well as simply navigating org charts and visualizing workgroups or cross-functional teams. What do you like best about Gemini? Gemini team is so helpful and always attentive, and quick to respond. They are always trying to make the system better and working alongside us. What do you dislike about Gemini? So manual work to get things in the system but trying to get it automatic. What problems is Gemini solving and how is that benefiting you? We are working on getting our Core Matrix into Gemini. They have had many meetings with us to get this working.
