"Game Changer For Accounting!"

What do you like best about GCPay? We have implemented multiple platforms over the last few years and GCPay, by far, has been the best experience. Their team is incredibly helpful and their communication regarding new features is great. The product itself has been a game changer for our accounting department. The fact that our subs see the same thing that we do eliminates the problems of lost invoices and they are aware of any compliance issues.

What do you like best about GCPay? I like that the SOV's are locked and cannot be changed. This makes it easy for us to assess what is being billed by our subcontractors

What do you like best about GCPay? Prior to implementing GCPay we spend dozens of hours a month on chasing down and validating compliance documents such as COIs, waivers, and pay apps. Now we have much more time to focus on other tasks and the piece of mind that those items are on file and accurate.

What do you like best about GCPay? I like the fact that I am able to track applications for payment, lien waivers, and compliance documents all in one location. I also like the fact that I have the option to take control of billing and bill out on behalf of our Trade Partners when I need to. What do you like best about GCPay? I love that I can search by customer and see the quick view of the progress of the contract on the home page. I also love that their is a tab for waivers and compliance where we can check by what is outstanding all at once.

What do you like best about GCPay? The use of GCPay is easy to use and very userfriendly. Customers that utilize the program are easily able to navigate and compelte their actions required. The simplicity in itself is easy for all that use the program. I especially like the tiered vendor information that allows us to mitigate some risk by determining when our vendors are billing for materials purchased. This is VERY helpful.
