What do you like best about GCPay? I like that the SOV's are locked and cannot be changed. This makes it easy for us to assess what is being billed by our subcontractors

What do you like best about GCPay? Prior to implementing GCPay we spend dozens of hours a month on chasing down and validating compliance documents such as COIs, waivers, and pay apps. Now we have much more time to focus on other tasks and the piece of mind that those items are on file and accurate.

What do you like best about GCPay? I like the fact that I am able to track applications for payment, lien waivers, and compliance documents all in one location. I also like the fact that I have the option to take control of billing and bill out on behalf of our Trade Partners when I need to. What do you like best about GCPay? I like how user friendly it is. It is easy for all users. I've used it as a Subcontractor submitting billing. Now, I work for a GC. It is simple and organized. Their Customer Support is great. Their settings are easily understandable. The Compliance dashboard integrates with our Vista Viewpoint software and makes the information much more presentable and visible. What do you like best about GCPay? The most helpful feature to me that GC Pay has is the collection on the compliance items from subcontractors. This is a huge time saver for me and its extremely helpful that I can customize this to each project.

What do you like best about GCPay? GCPay is very user friendly for both the GC and subs. It keeps all pay applications sorted with detailed data on change orders, remaining balances, retainage, etc. It also integrates well with other software; we have it connected to our Viewpoint accounting software.
