What do you like best? I like the ability to customize gatekeeper into what fits your needs. You can add or take away as many add-ons which makes it super user friendly. What do you dislike? Sometimes it the interface is a little laggy. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Everything is cohesive and organized in one place. It's super easy to find things.

Great Product - User Friendly

What do you like best? The system is intuitive and user-friendly, easy for most people to pick up and start to use with minimal training. The ability to sort contracts by vendor (funder in our case, type, start and end dates, etc. is very helpful, as is the ability to filter the data to provide a more limited subset of information. What do you like best? Gatekeeper provides an intuitive system and is very responsive to our needs. I like Gatekeeper's ability to truly connect with the customer and Gatekeeper's will to actually listen to client's suggestions for improvement. What do you like best? The biggest advantage of this solution is controlling contracts. All information gathered in one place. It allows you to quickly get details about individual contracts. Useful for contract management. What do you dislike? I like everything in this solution except price. Great way to keep on top of your contracts

What do you like best? Having made the upfront investment of recording the details of our subscriptions in Gatekeeper we now get timely reminders for each contract event and is able to avoid unnecessary (and costly auto-renewals for services no longer used. What do you like best? We really like the customization of the platform, its ease of use, and the ability to see our contracts at a high level so we can take actionable steps. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I think Gatekeeper is a good tool for tracking dollars and expiration dates of contracts. Easy to use. What do you dislike?
