Great filing system if you have multiple documents with similar information across them.

What do you like best? Vendors pre populate if i've submitted a contract with them previously. What do you dislike? When i've finished entering a file there is no "complete" button or notification. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's very easy to look up specific notes if I've entered them previously which is a major timesaver.

Great way to keep track of contracts

What do you like best? I like the "event" feature which allows easy tracking of reviews/renegotiations. What do you dislike? I would like an easily accessible User's Guide. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of auto renewals can be an issue. Gatekeeper makes this easy!

Difficult to navigate

What do you like best? The ability to generate quarterly reports has been the key in putting in place a robust contract management program.
