Fuze is a good company Initially it was a little frustrating dealing with some of the Support Engineers until we found one that is really great. If you ever run across problems ask for Xiao Mei.

Response is too slow. A billing case was created and after 4 days still no response.

A decent product
A decent product. Clearly needs an overhaul on their desktop application. Licensing model is terrible (requires all users to have a feature, instead of pick/choose). They're forcing the "chat/collab" tools down your throat, so if you're a teams company, I'd avoid this platform if you can. We'll most likely move off when the right opportunity comes.

Making remote work easy!
Having Fuze made the Covid work from home transition seamless and effortless. I personally haven’t had any issues with Fuze and it is always complimented by guests I host meetings for as they compare it to similar tools they are using regarding audio and video quality. Also if the individuals band width is low it will notify them so they can assess their own network

Work from home essential
Clear audios, easy to use without need for instructional guide and chat is very useful. During the Pandemic wherein we all moved to work from home, Fuze was the key communication tool of the team and it has made our transition from office to home very smooth.

Needs a massive update.
Line keeps dropping. Calls do not go through. Line always has interruptions and cuts. It loads very slowly. Does updates while we are on the phone.

Bad Connection
Sometimes there is bad connection when connecting to callers or the numbers will not dial out. When the connection is good Fuze works great!! I enjoy the ability to schedule meetings as well and the video capabilities.

Great when it works!
When Fuze is working, it is great! There are times when I get disconnected or cannot unmute myself because the program freezes which can be very frustrating since majority of us are working from home and relying on Fuze for meetings and to keep in touch team members.
