Awesome all-in-one product

Fuze is an amazing all in one product that allows our organization to manage chatting, channels for group chats, online webinars, video chats, meetings - all the way through VOIP phone calls. It replaces Slack, Zoom, landlines, Skype -it does it all!

Fantastic product that keeps you coming…

Fantastic product that keeps you coming back for more. Fuze is continually upgrading their products as more people work from home and the product becomes more intertwined in daily work life. I use it for chatting, inviting outside parties to chat w/ our teams, and for many many many meetings. My clients end up using the browser based version which is great so they aren't downloading additional software that they won't regularly use.

Great when it works!

When Fuze is working, it is great! There are times when I get disconnected or cannot unmute myself because the program freezes which can be very frustrating since majority of us are working from home and relying on Fuze for meetings and to keep in touch team members.

Bad Connection

Sometimes there is bad connection when connecting to callers or the numbers will not dial out. When the connection is good Fuze works great!! I enjoy the ability to schedule meetings as well and the video capabilities.
