"Useful but not the full package"

What do you like best about Funnel? Numerous data connectors which allow connections to a variety of data sources. What do you dislike about Funnel? The token system seems extremely arbitrary and does not lend itself to value for money. What problems is Funnel solving and how is that benefiting you? Transforming data as an ETL and pushing it thorugh to BQ as a table, although finding that some of the functionality is limited across our marketing services unfortunately.

What do you like best about Funnel? I like that I can export data based on specfic criteria's to do my campaigns reports. I can select the insights that really matter then analyse it in an excel sheet. What do you dislike about Funnel? The platform isn't connected yet to TikTok. What do you like best about Funnel? What I like best about Funnel is its excellent customer service and support. The team goes above and beyond and is super friendly and helpful. What do you like best about Funnel? That I can easily see and track the efforts, I am putting into marketing, and how that moves or does not move down the funnel. "Great tool, customer service and support."

What do you like best about Funnel? The support team have been amazing, they come back with answers to any problems I have had within the same day normally. Knowing that I have that support to ensure I can get the output of data I need is reassuring. Also, the data explorer part of the tool is great, it just ensures that any custom metrics or dimensions I create are correct before I import into my reporting dashboard. Incredible product and the customer service is truly exceptional. I had multiple questions and always had someone highly knowleadgeable on hand to help me solve them. Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a data management solution.
