"Front makes customer communication a joy"

What do you like best about Front? Front has a really great user interface. Whether your an advanced user or not, this helps convince your entire team to use their client which is cricital to team success. My other favorite feature is how I can share emails with coworkers without forwarding them. This makes the communication cleaner and easier to follow for everyone involved! "Front makes going through emails pleasant"

What do you like best about Front? I like the user interface. It is clean, clear and organzied. I find Gmail and others to be clunky and make sorting through emails daunting. But with Front the organization of it makes it a breeze to sort through emails and easily organize them in folders, snooze or archive them. What do you dislike about Front? "WE LOVE FRONT"

What do you like best about Front? Front makes it SO easy to share emails with my team and be aware of issues as they come up without having to be on the thread. What do you dislike about Front? It's a tad pricey for the higher tiers with more functionality What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving having teams of people that share the same inbox. Makes it so easy to assign emails to customer service teams and get resolutions quicker to our clients!

What do you like best about Front? Front makes it SO easy to share emails with my team and be aware of issues as they come up without having to be on the thread. What do you dislike about Front? "Who knew emailing could be fun"

What do you like best about Front? There are so many to choose from but I would say my favourite part is being able to leave notes that can only be veiwed internally when you tag someone in it. You can then use that space to get answer or whatever, the person who emailed you has no idea. What do you dislike about Front? The snooze feature never comes back on the exact time you have chosen, it's always 2 or 3 minutes after. This is such a small gripe but to me this is the only issue, as ...
