"New to Front... Love Front"
What do you like best about Front? I like the ability to assign messages, jobs, tasks, etc. to personnel and the tags. What do you dislike about Front? I do not have any dislikes at the moment. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? I able able to schedule and track our service calls with the use of tags. We were able to stop using Google Sheets and use Front as our sole communication and tracking platform.

"Very Organized Email System"
What do you like best about Front? What I love most about Front is how organized it keeps all of my inboxes. It forces you to archive emails (or snooze or send later) which I love. You always have access to the archived emails, too. With my old email system, I was afraid to archive, and my inbox had unnecessary emails just sitting there. "Team inboxes are amazing 👏"
What do you like best about Front? The Team inbox feature has to be my favorite feature of Front! What do you dislike about Front? Sometimes alot of my mail goes to spam but that may be something I'm doing wrong. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Front makes it super easy to merge important emails and keep conversations in one spot so nothing gets missed.

What do you like best about Front? We tried shared Outlook inboxes but soon got bogged down with "I got this one" emails to the group, making it confusing as to who was working which email. Front allows our inside sales team to achieve inbox zero every day and ensures we don't miss any emails. We have rules that alert the team if an email or voicemail has sat too long and needs attention. We are slowly experimenting more with tags and processes to make archived emails a valuable resource. ...
