"I'ts such a time saver."

What do you like best about Front? The ease of communication with collegue in front is breathtaking. It helps a lot in minimizing the number of emails and lets you keep an eye on collegue work or issue easily. You can cross reference to multiple email chains in the comment sections and this is now an integral part of our operation process. Ease of use, ease of setting up new user. Rules are a godsend. What do you dislike about Front? Nothing really as a e-mail manager it runs flawlesly. I ...

"Front is Fantastic!"

What do you like best about Front? Front is extremely useful to me for work. I use it on the go from my phone, as well as mainly on my laptop. It allows me the opportunity to link all of my emails in one safe space, as well as organize my appointments and meetings. What do you dislike about Front? I would like it to be a bit more user-friendly for mobile! While I do use it often I much prefer the desktop version, Which includes easier use of the calendar feature. What problems is Front ...

"How I use Front as my email platform"

What do you like best about Front? Front integrates well with Active Campaign. Easy to tag other people to review emails before sending a response. Easy to tell when the email was opened and reviewed. Easy to add APPs like Calendly, Google Calendar, Contacts,ClickUp, etc. What do you dislike about Front? I haven't mastered Zapier yet, as others in my organization have. Some of the integrations require Zapier. Sometimes I archive emails when I just meant them to be sent. However, they are ...

"Only way to go for Team emails"

What do you like best about Front? Front is a modern user experience that helps teams share and collaborate on incoming emails. We love the ability to have internal conversations about email topics in line with the email thread, but not a million "reply all" that could potentially send sensitive information out to the customer. We love the ability to equally distribute emails to our team members, while senior sales staff can be @mentioned into a conversation to help with difficult technical ...

"Very positive"

What do you like best about Front? It's easy to use, and nicely layed out. I found the settings straightforward and intuitive. The collaboration elements such as chat and shared email draft are very nice. It was easy and important to setup SLAs, and tagging. Syncing contacts and accounts from Hubspot was very useful to us, and setting up mapping/tagging rules around this was straightforward as well. What do you dislike about Front? Honestly it's near perfect. The only thing that annoys me ...

"Powerful Email software"

What do you like best about Front? The ability to collaborate with colleagues and resolve customer queries in a neat manber behind the scenes. The snooze function is also very helpful in scheduling chaser emails to clients who have yet to review. What do you dislike about Front? The lack of option to implement two factor authentication when using the sign in with Google function. A Passkey option could also be implemented soon now that Google have started to implement Passkeys in personal ...

"How did I ever work without Front?"

What do you like best about Front? Front allows me to organize my emails in a way that works for me. Being able to tag my colleagues on messages and add my thoughts in the comments allows for us to work better and more efficiently. And the SNOOZE feature! I have no idea how I survived without it. The sleek, easy to use interface, ability to create team and personal canned messages, and customized tags and folders are all bonuses as well. What do you dislike about Front? This is very minor, ...

"Simplicity and metrics"

What do you like best about Front? Front gave us the ability to have KPI's. It allows us to make sure our teams are level loaded and that customers are being responded to in an appropriate amount of time. On top of this, it allows us to track trends, get ahead of escalations, and is extremely easy to use. What do you dislike about Front? The calendar feature isn't as intuitive as Outlook- the reminders are not as predominant. Also, the team wishes you could mark an email as "urgent". What ...

"Efficient, Professional, and Easy to Navigate"

What do you like best about Front? The formatting and easy way to organize my emails has made pursuing my career easier. Utilizing Front has helped me advance in a new field far better than I hoped. What do you dislike about Front? The only thing I would like to be slightly better is the meeting setup; I think it could be a little more streamlined. That being said, it is still an excellent tool. What problems is Front solving and how is that benefiting you? Most of my work is done via ...

"Front had drastically improved our business for the better"

What do you like best about Front? How easy it is to collaborate with everyone in our organization. The missing piece we needed was the ability to tag or leave comments within an email thread. It has allowed us to ensure things aren't missed and that emails get taken care of as needed. The rules, message templates, and other integrations are the icing on the cake. What do you dislike about Front? There honestly is not a lot that I dislike about Front. If I had to pick one thing, you might ...
