PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's free of charge when you start this platform. Then you can make a decision later on as you go along. So that's not necessarily a bad thing. Efficient Applicant Tracking System
What do you like best? A very efficient system, that reduced the recruitment process within our organisation What do you dislike? More export options would be good to allow for offsite archiving and allow for transparent auditing of the applicant tracking process. Awesome user interface
What do you like best? Easy to Drag and drop upload of CVs into the ATS; nice mobile app access What do you dislike? limited CV parsing...i cannot upload more than 200 CVs Recommendations to others considering the product: nice visualization What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me visualize my candidates better...it helped me create visual reports

Freshteam has helped make our hiring more efficient!
What do you like best? Freshteam is easy to use and has helped me be much more organized in managing applicants and interviews. What do you dislike? There's not much, but i would say publishing jobs to different job boards, sometimes it doesnt really work. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We were losing track of all of our applicants or unable to see when people applied for multiple roles and Fresteam has made this so much easier.

Very impressed with Freshteam
What do you like best? Freshteam is easy to navigate, has features that centralize all things recruiting and allows everyone on our remote team easy access. Great support. What do you dislike? Unable to close a candidate preview. Would be great to have a simple X to close the window. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication with the team and with candidates is seamless.
