User friendly interface
What do you like best? It's helpful for tracking the recruitment processes. Also, the layout is clear and easy to use. What do you dislike? Freshteam Makes Life Easy
What do you like best? Keeping track of Candidates, Collecting and documenting the feedback for each candidate is very easy. Scheduling the interviews assisted by automated mail also helps in saving time. The search option for saved candidates and the automation of data collection by uploading the soft copies of the candidate's CV makes it very helpful. What do you dislike? Best Team Collaborating Platform
What do you like best? As a Hiring Officer-First thing I would like to know on a given day is what are the schedule's for the day. I love the dashboard view which gives me the entire picture of what's happening on a day. What do you dislike? There's no option for us to move the candidate to hold stage. A small non-profit can benefit from this product.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I'm happy to know that the customization level and other options are available. We currently have a small international team. Fortunately, everyone in that team can figure things out and work together. I like the fact that it's affordable while giving the user a ton of options and freedom. You get to save a ton of time for new recruitment.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The steps are streamlined and mature during the recruitment process. Our guys in HR suddenly fell in love using this system.
