What do you like best? PDF parse and ability to schedule HackerRank tests from the tool directly. Scheduling interviews from the tool provides a good flexibility. What do you dislike? Candidate management needs a bit of simplification. Searching of candidates across job profiles. Scheduling of the interview is great, however, emails should send calendar invites that can be directly saved in Outlook or Google Calendar. Also, interview schedule template would be great.
