Good tool for HRs to hire candidates
What do you like best? Dashboard facility is the best as it helps the a person to know which is the task the he/she has to perform. What do you dislike? nothing to dislike till now. all the facilities are good and useful What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? hiring process has become smooth with freshtem. Proper flow has been set for the hiring process and a recruiter can handle the candidates in a very organized manner.
