It's pricing is a bit confusing to understand which plans are relevant for which service and it would really help if an assessment test/quiz was there to find out the best plan. Clean UI and decent functionality

What do you like best? The UI is clean and easy to navigate. I was able to get setup in just a few minutes. What do you dislike? Some advanced features like response strings are lacking in the lower tiers. Recommendations to others considering the product: Freshping has a very intuitive interface and has plenty of features. The best real time uptime status application in the World

What do you like best? Freshworks has always kept their promises. The same is reflected in the freshping also. I started using this brand as an SME from freshdesk and everytime they launch a new product, it supporting me very well. It gives you upto 50 urls / APIs for free tracking and an awesome UI and intuitive dashboard. Moreover they give a custom url also What do you dislike? Good, but some features missing

What do you like best? Fast and accurate alerts. Easy to use and to configure. What do you dislike? Some useful configurations are not possible (disable Freshdesk Alerts for specific checks, ignore specific checks for overall uptime). Checks should be able to open SSH sessions and the custom HTTP response check should go into the free level. The price for the first paid level is to high and batch should be included more flexible to configure. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? It's free and and easy to set up and seems to work well. What do you dislike? I haven't seen anything I dislike so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're a relatively new startup with a small team so are likely to have some problems and downtime . This is great to have a warning system the moment it happens.

Freshping makes me worry less

What do you like best? Very easy to set up. Sends med an email alert when a server is down. Lets me share server status with my users. What do you dislike? It would be nice with more settings available in the free version, but hey, it's free so what can you expect. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I no longer need to check my server status manually. I get alerts at server problems.
