What do you like best? Ability to have real time notifications on service What do you dislike? lack of user guidance and some of the prodcut elements What problems are you solving with the product? Freshping: Always pinging

What do you like best? Freshping is a straightforward application that does what it is supposed to do; send alerts when sites go down. I have a web application that is critical that it be up 24/7. I get notified right away so that I can fix the problem. The benefit of using a FreshWorks product is that their applications are integrated with the rest of their suite. Functional, Easy, and FREE!

What do you like best? The fact that such a quality status-page/monitoring exists with a free option is phenomenal. I've never seen anything like it before and it's already getting positive feedback from our customers. What do you dislike? The plans seem a bit too spaced apart in terms of feature sets. Simple and Reliable Status

What do you like best? Able to add up to 50 checks and review them in one platform/profile. What do you dislike? Probably being able to integrate with Freshdesk without a paid plan, since you are also able to integrate with Slack it doesn't make sense to charge to connect for an in-house integration.
