I found it extremely easy to set up and use. The audio quality was perfect.

Carrier charge--no warning until too late
No transparency concerning the possibility a phone carrier may charge per minute fee. Don't find out until the second you have to connect to a scheduled call. Should mention on the website before setting up a conference call.

I was surprised how easy it was to…
I was surprised how easy it was to create a conference call. We tested the system before booking our meeting. It worked very simply. I set up our meeting, which was then cancelled, anyway, and communication was handled on email. I'm sorry the participants didn't have the chance to use the service, as it was pretty handy. I'll have to wait for another opportunity to use this.

Freeconference.com worked perfectly for our business conference call between multiple agencies from across the country. We will definitely be using this site again in the future.
