Free Conference Call
Free Conference call works very well. It is clear and easily understood. Best of all, it's free. I haven't used any of the services except conference calling, but it has always worked well for me and my team

Over-all have found the service to work…
Over-all have found the service to work very well, ran into some issues using the free conference service. Those issues were outside participants unable to join a call easily without repeated dialing and in one case, a team member not joining at all. That was a show stopping concern and caused me to upgrade the service. If it were to happen again now that I am paying for the service then I would look for other options immediately. So far so good

The FreeConferenc experience was exceptional
The FreeConferenc experience was seamless without issue. All attendees were able to access the line via mobile phone, web, or computer audio. Thank you for making this free and easy process so hands-on.

Carrier charge--no warning until too late
No transparency concerning the possibility a phone carrier may charge per minute fee. Don't find out until the second you have to connect to a scheduled call. Should mention on the website before setting up a conference call.
