Sound ok, but need to identify those joining the call.

This was the first time I had ever set up a web conference call. The setup was easy. I did a couple test calls with two people ahead of time just to be sure it worked the way I thought it would. The conference itself was fine,BUT..

The conference itself was fine. The limitations w.r.t. how many can access it online (the link in the meeting details) and how many can dial in simultaneously, is not evident. It seems the cumulative number should not exceed the set limit for the free use. Some dial-in customers could not access the call. Similarly, I experience difficulties whilst online. Thinking that I can reconnect, I logged out and tried to log back in. It did not allow me.

This was really helpful for our last board meeting

This was really helpful for our last Board meeting. Older members did have some problems signing in. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because, while it's called Freeconference it costs $10.00 a month. So far our only use has been for the once a month board meeting.
