Great service!!
Great service!!! My team has been using Freeconference.com for over two months since COVID started. We are all quite seasoned to working in an office and this program has worked flawlessly, enabled us to connect for calls easily and is extremely user friendly.

Video conferencing didn't work properly
We couldn't get the video function to work properly, and by "us" I mean nearly 200 people. Around 20 of us were able to get it to work, and it wasn't even consistent with us. I'm really unhappy that I even spent money to upgrade just for it to still not consistently work.

Not free
Not free, at close to $2 a minute. There was no warning when connecting, nothing until the phone bill arrived. This was a Bell Canada land line. Nowhere in any of the information from freeconference does it warn us of this possibility. From the other complaints, they know there is an issue with some carriers, they just can't be bothered to tell us.

Some Difficulties But Eventually Worked
Other person I was trying to speak with had some difficulty connecting but surprisingly I was able to do it w/o much trouble.
