Overall a strong service
Overall a strong service. The text messages that give you the link for the conference are very convenient, when they work and when you get them which isn't 100% reliable.

Very happy with the quality of the call …
Very happy with the quality of the call and the customer service we have needed a few times due to people having difficulty getting on the line or having to call back for a second or third time.

Easy to use/user friendly. We have on occasion experienced line interference. Hasn't happened in a little while, though.

In the old system
In the old system, I was able to select a date and keep my contacts from a meeting from month to month that was the same as the previous months. Now I have to select each person monthly, when it is the same people for the same meeting each month at the same time.

It can be challenging for some users …
It can be challenging for some users accessing the service via their mobile device on the free account since they are assessed a 1 cent per minute charge. Otherwise, this service Freeconference.com provides is awesome and reliable.

It's pretty good but for a while there …
It's pretty good but for a while there at a problem scheduling conferences in advance
