I am very thankful for the customer …
I am very thankful for the customer service that helped me not just once to find my conference, edit the call in information and manage my schedule. Calls are clear and very convenient to use from anywhere even when I was out of the country.

Free Conference isn't free
Free Conference isn't free. Whenever I call it, it says that I have to pay 1 cent per minute, which is then charged to my personal phone. This is a problem because I use this service for business, and the amounts are small enough so that I wouldn't waste my time getting reimbursed. Other people in my office don't have this charge, so I feel a sense of mild annoyance every time I use it.

Every time we use the moderator call on …
Every time we use the moderator call on web or call in the others cannot speak even if we have made it Unmute. Very frustrating !!

Some calls have not gone through …
Some calls have not gone through recently and the response from Freeconference has not been very good so far, basically stating that it is the callers fault for not being able to get through.
