What do you like best about FourKites? ETA and map visualization are good. Also getting out the data via API seems to work. What do you dislike about FourKites? Filter functionality is not great. I would preferer dropdowns instead of free search. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking loads and giving accurate estimated for customers.

Some of the carriers are not GPS tracked, some locations are not accurate and entered manually. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm not a huge fan of the timeline implementation when rolling out to a new customer. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving real-time order tracking for customers. The benefits I've seen so far are predicting future delivery times to customers based on traffic patterns.
