What do you like best about FourKites? That you can see exactly where the truck is, this can help giving more accurate information to all our customers in order to make on time deliveries. As well the possibility of seeing what was the reason of any delay it is a great option to have. What do you like best about FourKites? I think the in transit updates and data that FourKites provides is helpful insight for business decisions. I also like the reporting functionality. What do you dislike about FourKites? That carriers still have control on what 4Kites has as far as information. There are still 20-30% of loads that are not trackable in 4Kites due to this issue.
