"Good and Bad, but mostly good"

What do you like best about FourKites? When it works great- it is extremely useful to be able to just check that instead of calling drivers while they are on the road. It definitely is a safer option for drivers so that they aren't constantly on the phone. It would be great to implement this on a device placed directly onto the product for tracking, vs, the drivers cell phone. What do you dislike about FourKites? "Fourkites is an excellent tool for tracking freight."

What do you like best about FourKites? As of now one of the main uses I have for Fourkites is when an order has more than one freight company. Fourkites makes it easy to track the freight from the moment it picks up from the factory, to the moment it is sent to the second freight carrier, to the moment it delivers to our doorstep. "An awesome tool that simplifies the way I manage product flow."

What do you like best about FourKites? My favorite aspect of FourKites is it's simplicity. When i log in, all of our key shipments and tracking information is in plane site. No longer do i have to place undue responsibility on our rep with the constant follow up, but it gives me the ability to follow up when I want, as often as I need to.
