What do you like best about FourKites? The load tracking portal is easy to use and manipulate. What do you dislike about FourKites? The rich information found in the portal is somewhat disconnected or lagging with what we are seeing and using internally. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Better, easier and faster response to customer inquiry wanting to know when their PO will arrive.

What do you like best about FourKites? Being able to see where our drivers are at any time of the day. I also like seeing the FourKites estimated ETA. What do you dislike about FourKites? What do you like best about FourKites? Fourkites has the ability to get real time alerts when detention is occurring. This allows us to contact our customers right away. What do you dislike about FourKites? There isn't too much reporting available without the additional cost of the dashboard. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Detention, ability to notify customers immediately if a load is running behind.

Fourkites allows for tracking when carriers are not directly available via phone such as overnight or even through time differences around the country during lunch hours. What do you like best about FourKites? I like being able to see exactly where a shipment is. What do you dislike about FourKites? I dislike that sometimes it takes up to 30min to update a shipment.
