What do you like best about FourKites? The ease of use and the incredible amount of data and information available within the system What do you dislike about FourKites? As a consultant, my biggest issue is articulating the real value of a tool like FourKites and getting executive buy-in. As I'm not a user, I don't have specific system dislikes. "A game changer for tracking and reporting"

What do you like best about FourKites? FourKites has the best tracking we've seen and amazing reporting capabilities. It has tons of filters to help you find relevant information quickly and allows you to share encrypted load information with customers and other users. What do you dislike about FourKites? Sometimes we can't get the reporting aspects we need from 4K, but we can always download raw data from the platform to find what we need. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that ...

"Solid Platform, Great Customer Service"

What do you like best about FourKites? They assign a customer service manager to each account and they are very diligent. What do you dislike about FourKites? Can be tough to diagnose issues with connections on the carriers end What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Late arrivals causing backups at pickup and delivery warehouses, with accurate data and buy in from the carriers we will be able to load and unload drivers faster based on their estimated arrival times.

Some carriers are reporting issues with using the carrier link app and not knowing how to use it properly. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Real time tracking.

What do you like best about FourKites? I like that customer service working right away. Have question? You ask and recieve an answer very fast. What do you dislike about FourKites? Platform is still developing. But it's very rapid growth. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? Online freight tracking is very important for me. Understand when exactly in departed and arrived to the facility. This helps a lot to work with clients and have facts with time and geo stamps.

What do you like best about FourKites? I like how easy it is to use, i also like the community feature, I have found it very easy to try to find answers fast by looking at previous questions. What do you dislike about FourKites? I wish they had automatic pings when they carriers entered the geofences & not just when the driver marks or when the next ping is.
