What do you like best about FourKites? I love the ease of tracking when the carriers use it as they should. Its true in that it works as good as the information you put in it. Our Customer Service teams are saving significant time identifying shipment status by avoiding to first look in our ERP and only looking up shipments #'s, customer PO's, part numbers, sales orders, ect to see the status of a shipment to a customer. Imports was a black hole for the supply chain; we had to track every container through various websites and emails manually. Communication to the end customer was unreliable. What do you like best about FourKites? I really appreciate the level of engagement, from C-Level on down. The whole team has been very professional, collaborative, and very knowledgeable.
