"Simple to use"

What do you like best about FourKites? I love the amount of time it saves me not having to update customers on a daily / hourly basis. It was very easy to set up and to intregrate with our exisiting ELD. Customer support was very quick to help us connect with our customers. It use it every day but it only takes a few minutes and i'm dont with tracking for the day. You can set up as many filters as you want so you can quickly find the shipments you are looking for without having to scroll ...

What do you like best about FourKites? I love that I can track and trace our vehicles What do you dislike about FourKites? It doesnt always communicate with Manhattan so sometimes info does not match What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about FourKites? I like that I can provide a link to my customer. This allows them access to consistent and accurate tracking of loads. What do you dislike about FourKites? N/A. I need more time; currently, I am enjoying the features. I do, however, need better tracking for trucks making multiple stops. We need tracking that is specific to each customer. "System that has been needed for a long time"

What do you like best about FourKites? I like the tracking features and being able to provide live updates or give links so our customers can follow up on tracking as well. It's a very nice feature. What do you dislike about FourKites? I know this is still rolling out and is expected to be improved as more carriers use it. But currently, not all trailers can provide ETAs atm. What do you like best about FourKites? Easy way to navigate and find all the information needed it. It shows all the relevant information. What do you dislike about FourKites? Not really find anything that I can't consider useful. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us keep and maintain visibility of our loads and continue to have the customers updated in real live time, making us more productive and efficient.
