"EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW"

What do you like best about FourKites? I love the layout, its easy to understand and follow, and the colored legend helps What do you dislike about FourKites? Too many filters and some of them you can't even use. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? It gives us the visibility to track a load without having to call or email the carrier for an update, which will save us lots of time.

Not really find anything that I can't consider useful. What problems is FourKites solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us keep and maintain visibility of our loads and continue to have the customers updated in real live time, making us more productive and efficient.

The dashboard is also neatly organized into important timely funnels. What do you dislike about FourKites? I would have to say that there is not much I dislike about FourKites but the down side that I dislike is that a load cannot be tracked for ETA if there is any disruption in a typical workflow such as the load not being set up prior ...
