What do you like best? Its easy to use, is easily presentable, and even with my very little expertise in web integration I was able to set it up in my website to collect data I needed. What do you dislike? There is a limited amount of visual creativity as far as the back grounds go. It's difficult to set apart from other similar tools for this reason. Have been using Formstack for Approvals on all Job Changes.

What do you like best? I like that the administrator has a good overall view of status on forms. Also the forms are easily customizable. What do you dislike? Think there could be better tutorials while starting Formstack. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instead of notifying several departments once a form is complete, we can easily automate this and have certain tokens sent out to each department after form is complete.

Good experience but there are still some details I think they can work for.

What do you like best? it is easy to use and is very complete. What do you dislike? When I have a problem there is no one you can contact immediately, is really hard to contact a human being.
