What do you like best? I have used multiple Form based tools and Form Assembly clearly blows them out of the water with it's easy interface and complex functionality. What do you like best? Form assembly is very easy to use. Very user friendly. The demo videos are a huge help when learning this system without any prior knowledge. What do you like best? Matching logic with just about no limitation. What do you dislike? UI is a bit tough for new users. Logic for matching also hard for new users. Support is good but at times not available. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The integration with salesforce CRM is really easy to set up and really powerful. For example, you can create powerful web forms to show salesforce data to non salesforce users.
