Great product! Highly recommend

What do you like best? It's so easy to use and is easy to fill out on the front end. What do you dislike? Some more help with formulas would be really great, it's not always super intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This product has given us so many benefits. I work for Higher Education and we use it to automatically sign students up for events, information requests, and so much more. Internally we have created forms ...

Form Assembly

What do you like best? Form Assembly makes it incredibly easy to make web forms. It takes little/to no coding skill to create a form and add it to your web page. What do you dislike? It is difficult to customize fields to get them to look the way that you want to. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We now collect Leads using Form Assembly and they are inputted directly into Salesforce. We now don't have to upload them form a ...

Great, Intuitive Tool for Connecting to Salesforce

What do you like best? Easy to set up form and connect to SFDC. What do you dislike? Large response volumes cause API problems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We collect customer information and survey responses to streamline business processes and create leads. The lead creation has been extremely helpful. We also use it on our website to collect cases from our user, and route them to our customer service team. Creating ...

Hundreds of ways to use it, if you can figure it them out.

What do you like best? The Enterprise version of the software enables various and detailed configuration control. What do you dislike? Getting the forms to connect properly to other software (e.g., Salesforce) can be tedious. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Robust tool that is fairly easy to use

What do you like best? There is a lot of flexibility in the form design and function. The repeatable form section in particular works quite well, and makes team sign ups about as easy as possible. What do you dislike? The payment processor options with Form Assembly integrations are a little limited. For instance, we were using Stripe until we found out that they don't have an ACH integration for FormAssembly only a credit card integration. Now we use iATS but that presents other ...

Simple to Use, Lots of Possibilities

What do you like best? It's an easy-to-use system with a user friendly interface. However, unlike most simple systems there are many ways to leverage FormAssembly. We use FormAssembly to track events, memberships, and surveys with Salesforce. We've been able to use custom logic so that certain options only appear to certain levels of donors, sponsors, and members. As a small nonprofit, this customization in this pricing tier has allowed us to develop a solution we didn't think ...

Formassembly is fantastic

What do you like best? Formassembly has a powerful integration with Salesforce that allows for the automation of complex processes. What do you dislike? The form builder itself is a bit buggy and I sometimes have to refresh the page or delete and recreate field to get it to work. Recommendations to others considering the product: It can take some time to become familiar with the Salesforce connector, but once understood there’s really no limit to what you can ...

Form Assembly Application with Salesforce

What do you like best? the integration with salesforce and the ease of the program. Forms are easy to create. Love that you can create from a Salesforce Object or from scratch. You can also have it prefill. What do you dislike? The change is customer service - it was easier to chat live with someone now its hard to get via chat and always have to send email and wait and then the emails get lost and information gets lost in translation. Also the extra cost if you want to have ...

Able to do everything I need and some things I didn't know I needed!

What do you like best? I appreciate how easy it is to connect Form Assembly to our instance of Salesforce. What do you dislike? I wish that Form Assembly had more robust reporting features rather than just downloading the data to analyze in an external system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our survey platform integration was very expensive, but we have been able to replicate many of the survey collection questions in Form ...
