I found the utility to be easy to use…

I found the utility to be easy to use and was particularly impressed by the fact I could configure in an AWS environment.

We would have preferred if we could override the CSS and eliminate bootstrap from the forms once we integrate them into our ReactJs solution.

There are many issues

There are many issues with handeling api key-s, especially when I try apply checkbox and a condition on containers or panels to display or not. The problem is even harder when they are embed into each other...Sometimes the system doesn't show if two containers have the same API key and I just loose the second one after saving and launhing the form.Sometimes the system becomes incredbly slow, especially with bigger forms...

a few confiusing UI

i want to use form.io to create Camunda Form. and first use of form.ir confuse me a litle. but i think that it is ok for my reason.

Signature field, web hook and open-source on-premise version

Yes, these features are what I am looking for.However, the installation process is somehow difficult. I sometimes got stuck even following the instructions.Some free features in PAAS seems not consistent with the on-premise version (for example, I can't find advanced conditional logic in on-premise version). The open-source version should have another document section I think.Back to the bright side, if I cross this product out, I can't find another alternative with what I want.

Good but online support needs work.

I think the system, in general, is good and very powerful. However, the online tutorials, videos, and overall help and support leave a lot to be desired.
