Flocknote is the BEST thing that's ever happened for Fast and convenient communications with a few keystrokes. It's a huge blessing to be able to save time and reach all the people you need to reach with a text message. Thank you Flocknotes for making my job easier!

Easy to Use ... Beautiful Graphics
Easy to use format. Even those with limited experience could easily learn this program. I love the graphics included and especially love that it is designed for use by Catholic organizations!! The end results are beautiful emails that make you look like a pro!

Flocknote is a wonderful tool
Flocknote is a wonderful tool to get information to your Parishioners/customers. It is easy to use, everything is at your finger tips and it is very fast to send or text a message.

Professional looking communications
The templates available have made our emails look much more professional with a small amount of effort from us. Flocknote is so easy to use and the staff is very helpful whenever we have a question.

When it comes to technology
When it comes to technology, I'm pretty much a dinosaur. How many of you remember transistor radios, that only received AM stations, because that's all there was?! The folks at Flocknote have been fantastic. I'm sure they shake their heads and chuckle over some of my questions, but they patiently walk me through the steps to get everything working smoothly and efficiently. It was a little confusing receiving emails from different support team members and it was not clear enough what I was needed to do and what they were going to do... and I have been using the free version of Flocknote for years now on my own so I understood what I needed to do but all the links and videos self help were overwhelming at a point so I just shut off... Our Parish Pastoral Council has been exploring Flocknote for about six months and we were all ready to roll out a Sign Up Sunday and then COVID-19 hit and our church was closed. After much discussion we decided that this is a perfect time to utilize this platform and get it up and running as best we could. Overall good, but a couple of frustrations
It is an excellent product and easy to set up and use. I use it only for texting at this point. What I like about it is that I can have multiple texting groups. I can have a group for trustees, financial committees, missions, etc. I also like that I can schedule a text and have it sent later and that people can respond back and I am the only one to see the response. What I don't like is it is limited to 160 characters. For our team, that is inconvenient. Some texts seem abrupt because of ...
