I like being able to text my congregation during the COVID-19 pandemic. It has helped me get information out quickly such as prayer requests, birth announcements, and meeting changes/reminders. The scalable pricing allows us to use tools that are typically reserved for large churches only.

Excellent Assistance

Excellent, efficient, helpful, and extensive assistance by Flocknote staff! Gratefully, Flocknote has become the primary means of direct, receptive communication to our parishioners. Working in tandem with our website, we have been able to send information that links back to our website. This has been very effective given we no longer have the benefit of a bulletin received at weekly Mass. As a fairly new Flocknote customer I continue to be impressed. Easy to get Up and Running

We had signed up for Flocknote and were just learning the software and planning on slowly rolling it out but along came the COVID crisis and suddenly it was important to start using it right away to send out our bulletins and other messages. Great Product & Great Support!

I chose Flocknote for the ease of use and great documentation within the website. Before I selected the program I could clearly understand how it was to be used and how to actually execute the implementation. Second, the price was right. Third and again, great tutorials which clearly explained what to do and how to do it. Finally, since I’ve joined, I have discovered that Flocknote has a GREAT Helpdesk which responds quickly! Overall, great product and support!

I was so amazed at the speed with which Flocknote answered by questions. I was also thrilled and pleasantly surprised that they used a personalized video to me with the document in question to show me how to resolve my problem. I have been working with technology and churches for years and this is by far the best experience I have had. Flocknote is a wonderful ministry and a blessing to all who use it. Thank you for your amazing gift.

Flocknote has been a dream

Flocknote has been a dream! They are amazing! The program is incredibly user friendly. I did watch the training videos and they were helpful, however, everything is very self explanatory. It has been great! We purchased ServantKeeper last year and I still can't figure out half of what it offers but Flocknote has been so easy to use!! I highly recommend Flocknote. From pricing to customer service to being so easy to use... it's awesome!!!
