Supports comments on notes and flexible communication via text or email.

Excellent customer support, particularly from the Happiness Engineers in assisting with training and issue resolution.

Immediate response for support
I must say, you guys at Flocknote are the best support team I have ever worked with. I feel like I have a personal assistant at Flocknote. You are so responsive. I am new at working in Flocknote and this is the second time I reached our to your help desk and within minutes I had responses. Great job. Keep it up.

Fantastic!
I received an email from Flocknote about new updates and video tutorials, I enjoy these tutorials as they help me pass the knowledge to others in the office and the Catholic school we work alongside. The tutorials are quick and easy to follow and the person presenting the video teaches with enthusiasm that is contagious! Thank you, Flocknote!

Flocknote is a valuable tool to use for getting the word out immediately.Mass Times changedWeather cancellations.Meetings where and when.God's Word thru online sitesMass readings on phone, no paper necessaryParish updates schedule changes.Zoom meeting times.Our parish has 1,038 signed up.People love it!!

Staying connected in the best and worst of times
We have been using Flocknotes for five years. It was very easy to learn how to use, a very user-friendly tool to reach the parish, school and religious education families in the best of times and worst of times. Our families feel so connected to the parish and it was really evident during this especially difficult time of COVID. We were able to reach our parishioners with minute by minute changes and information about the parish. I would highly recommend the use of Flocknotes to all businesses.

Flocknote has been a great tool to reach Students, Parents, and parishioners with news and additional information. During this time of Covid-19, Flocknote has provided an easy way to stay connected. Flocknote never fails to deliver…
Flocknote never fails to deliver customer service in a responsive and timely manner. I have had questions and issues on occasions. They receive quick attention ... almost like I am their sole customer. Today I, an admin, was locked out of our parish account. Unsure how that happened but a quick note & resetting of my access ... I was set. Awesome

Excellent Flocknotes Support
One of our administrators inadvertently opted in to a new service. I emailed asking to have it removed. The support team responded quickly and took care of my request.
