I just switched from Windows to an iMac and could not find the icon for FlockNote (which before the pandemic I used weekly to communicate with one ministry team). I asked for help in finding the site and heard back in less than 5 minutes, which was awesome, and was able to get a timely message out. Thanks, FlockNote Help Team!

We have had some issues with our credit card company and our payment wasn't able to process. I contacted support and Karen replied VERY quickly and took care of things on their end so that our Flocknote service isn't interrupted because of this. Thank you!

Friendly and Knowledgeable Flocknote Team

I started using Flocknote when the pandemic struck in order to allow for us to continue our daily Mass at the Archdiocesan Curia offices. It is an excellent platform. I find it easy to navigate on the back end and the team is extremely helpful with any issues. I had a few members have issues with signing up or logging in and Flocknote had us all set with same-day service. I would highly recommend. I am still learning all the great tools available, but there are so many to utilize!

I absolutely love Flocknote! I consistently tell people Flocknote is amazing - easy to use and incredibly reliable. And when glitches happen (because every form of technology has glitches), y'all are extremely quick to fix it and so easy to work with.

I LOVE using flocknote! Getting a message out to my Religious Education families has never been easier or faster!!! Creating different groups in the parish and sending out information is so easy with flocknote and a real time-saver!

The Gold Standard in Parish Communication

I have used Flocknote for over a year at two parishes. Importing contacts is easy. Creating groups is easy. Sending notes is easy. The ability to create good looking messages and embed YouTube videos is very helpful. Text to join is very helpful. I enjoy watching the numbers of users grow as people on their own text to join. As usual I had my problem solved in no time. Karin found the issue on an email not functioning and she resolved it for us. Now the parishioner gets Flocknote messages and is able to be connected with our parish.Thank you Flocknote Team!

Jenilee was very helpful when I had a question the other day. She didn't give up until she answered all of my questions. She was also very polite and pleasant. These days customer service seems to take a back seat - not at Flocknote. You guys are awesome with that. Companies should take lessons from you.
