Float is great for project management!
What do you like best? Our team uses this software to coordinate multiple aspects of our client's campaigns, assuring everything is happening on time. We are able to see how things are coordinating from a high level, and also focus in on tasks for our department specifically. We love Float! What do you dislike? Transparency within the team
What do you like best? A great product which helps everyone to see and understand flow of projects in and out of the agency. What do you dislike? It didn't seem to have a way to integrate into our timekeeping software. This would be helpful What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Workflow and forecasting are now much easier.

Float was the exact scheduling solution we needed!
What do you like best? Float was easy to setup and easy to train others on how to use. What do you dislike? Would like to be able to limit other viewers ability to see other's schedule. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Complex cloud based scheduling around multiple projects.

Easy to use and set up for teams/organisations to collaborate
What do you like best? Adding users and basic set up is easy - adding new projects and moving bookings throughout the week, this gives us visibility of what is happening across teams What do you dislike? Splitting bookings can be fiddly, would also be good to be aware of new features in the pipeline. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling projects across teams, ensuring we have the most up-to-date information.

Easy to use
What do you like best? Intuitive user interface, clean and straightforward , not much cluster. What do you dislike? I would prefer to have another level of zoom on the schedule screen that can make it even easier to schedule tasks for specific times. What problems are you solving with the product? Ease of use & Great value add
What do you like best? Ease of use fantastic interface great reporting Drag and drop features What do you dislike? Doesn't have all the features that some other market leaders have, and reporting could continue to improve What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Transparency, we can see where all team members should be spending their time. It makes it easy for an overview, and for people to stay up to date on their work .

Nice and effective way to forecast!
What do you like best? It's easy to use and you'll be able to plan hours over time. That way you'll have a quick overview on how much time somebody is planned. What do you dislike? It's not easy to see milestones in a project.
