Quick and Easy time management
What do you like best? The interface and its responsiveness. The previous solution was a bit slow. What do you dislike? The reload screens and notifications - it would be nice if most of them could be a background task. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Accessing the information through a web browser helped overcome the older system`s licence limit.

An excellent solution for planning workflow
What do you like best? Float is great as it's very visual, and you can easily see on a week by week basis what work is in studio and what needs completing. You are able to judge at a glance any pressure points in the week, and check peoples capacity and availability. What do you dislike? I would have liked more space on each entry to add more information on each of the entries. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend it. It's one of the best ...

Easy to use, highly recommend
What do you like best? it's super easy to view our studios schedule and see what projects myself and team members will be working on. It allows us to easily coordinate on projects and show our clients our availability to book in future work. It also allows us to overview the hours we have worked for each client and easily bill them for our time. What do you dislike? It can be quite clunky to reorganise projects and can sometimes be confusing to understand the reports section as ...

Easy to use with all the features we were looking for
What do you like best? We were looking for a product that would help us plan and manage our current and up-coming projects with ease. There were lots of products on the market, but Float stood out from the rest for being very user friendly, responsive to queries and feedback, and for a good price. The reporting tool on Float is great and can be used to filter however you want. This has given us a much better overview of our staffing requirements and patterns. What do you ...

Easy project overview
What do you like best? I love the ability to see my projects laid out for the days, weeks, and months ahead. Its UI makes it really seamless and easy to get all of the necessary info I need. What do you dislike? The path from the timeline view to my personal user information which features project reporting is a little clunky, but that's all. Recommendations to others considering the product: I'm sure as a PM it's great, but from an everyday user perspective it allows me to ...

Integral part of our internal production process
What do you like best? The simplicity and immediacy of the timeline interface is massively important for digesting and understanding an often hectic and clogged schedule. Customisation of clients, projects and tasks means that we can see, at a glance, exactly what clients and projects we are working with - it takes a lot of the project management stress out of the process for teams like mine, who need to focus on their own tasks at hand. What do you dislike? I think there could be ...
