What do you like best about Five9? It's straightforward. You can customize Reports to your liking and save your reports on "My Reports." You can link another program from an agent to five9. You can also get a recording.

What do you like best about Five9? The thing I like the best is that you can personalize the reports to your liking, also you can select the agents you want and personalize them in the reports as well.

What do you like best about Five9? What I like best about five9 is that I can chat and listen to advice from my manager through the "whisper" mode. It helps me listen to advice without worrying about having to type. I also like the mute feature as well.
