What do you like best about Five9? What I like the best is that Five 9 has this option for Supervisor access that we can create and filter our employees call time, acw, breaks, etc. that helps us calculate their productivity easily.

What do you like best about Five9? Five9 is a cloud-based contact center software that provided omnichannel services, fully customizable as per the requirements. Service are never down, If there is any maintenance work then the data center will be moved to the backup data center.

What do you like best about Five9? Five9 is a lot more user-friendly for our rep's use. We use an adapter to Microsoft CRM, which helps my reps only have one screen, and everything is integrated together.

What do you like best about Five9? Five9 provides world class support and is best in class. Very easy to manage IVR's, queues/skills, agent profiles, etc. Five9 is always looking to better themselves, specifically in the area of A.I. I love that they strive to be top in their field and always looking for new ways to improve their system and service.
