Fingercheck Really Works for Our Company
What do you like best? I love that my employees are able to punch in and out regardless of where they are and communicate through the app for days off and the like. I like that it automatically calculates time clocks. I like that the customer service is responsive to my questions. What do you dislike? Basic Biometric Solution
What do you like best? When using the product it was overall a good experience, we did't encounter too many issues throughout the lifespan until the end when the clock broken (we were switching to a different biometric solution at teh point anyway. What do you dislike? The clock broke and after more than an hour with their support, no solution was brought forward, which was frustrating. What do you like best? Efficient and easy to use. It helps track employees time easily. What do you dislike? I do not dislike anything from the fingercheck system. Great Produtct
What do you like best? I really love the ease to use! I have tried others but nothing like this!! What do you dislike? I cant think of anything on the top of my head. It is a great product that is really easy to use. Some things can only be done by Fingercheck employees though. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can do my payroll entries in minutes instead of a whol long process

Great customer service
What do you like best? We looked for a long time for a clock for our employees. We had terrible customer service from 2 different companies before finding Fingercheck. They were quick, honest and very nice! What do you dislike? We really have nothing bad to say about the company! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use them solely for reporting and time tracking.

Clocking made easy
What do you like best? That i don't have to keep paper copy of time sheets What do you dislike? I like everything the only problem is that i was never trained how to use it There is also a problem that admin cam change punches so can't tell my employees if you don't punch you don't get paid What business problems are you solving with the product?
