The steps were easy to follow and the process was short; except for the download time. The explanation of the tiny app was a bit confusing and being suspicious of apps I didn't use it - I should have. As soon as I realized my mistake I would have liked to have gone back and used the tiny app but couldn't. Photo outcome on recipient end is great.

Try to believe it!
First I thought it's scam! Trust me, after lost hope on many big names in file uploading out there which made my previous experience in uploading multiple huge files so complicated. To my surprise, genuinely, the service provided my FileWhopper is trully FIRST CLASS!

Easy
3Gb file took over 30mins to upload but whole experience very easy to follow. Get quote first, pay, then do it. About £1 but quoted in US$.If you only have the occasional large file to do this is great and saves subscribing to other more well known packages. I sent first via Dropbox, having emptied loads out to get the capacity, but the recipient said only 70% had got through...that also took 40 mins to upload. Next time will go straight to this.

They let you do a trial transfer to check the speed. My speed was good, so I sent the actual folder I needed to get to a coworker. Download was fast too.

Utter rubbish
Utter rubbish. The download won't work and then this thing is stuck open on my system and I cannot delete it. Do not use.
