"Excellent cloud storage solution for a customer that wants an on premise private solution."

What do you like best about FileCloud? I like the fact that I could use my own hard drives and control all the policies for my users that are on the platform and be able to add and remove users on the fly. What do you dislike about FileCloud? I don't really have any dislikes that can think of but overall it's a solid solutions and the TechSupport is great.
