We transitioned from ESC to Field Edge…
We transitioned from ESC to Field Edge about 8 months ago. As with any big change, it was a process, but Field Edge, particularly Lyuda, was there for us all the way! We now feel pretty proficient but still lean on Lyuda as we delve deeper into all the things Field Edge can do!

Our company has been using Field Edge…
Our company has been using Field Edge for the past year and it's been extremely helpful with the way we are constantly growing and evolving. The Field Edge representative that we have is Lyuda and the whole team is very pleased with her knowledge and customer service level. I would most definitely recommend Field Edge to a friend. We are a smaller HVAC company that has been able to utilize the different FE features that makes our job so much easier!

Very Useful!
FE is a good software for our HVAC business and pretty easy to use. I like that it integrates with my Quickbooks. It's different than anything we have used in the past. It also has a lot of nice features for our service techs and our customers. The very best part is the customer service and tech support. They are devoted to making their customers happy and satisfied.

2+ Years on Field Edge
We have been with Field Edge for 2 years and are very happy with the software. It was one of the easiest software implementations we have done in our 35 years. The support team is amazing and super responsive. Mobile app is intuitive and user friendly. Being hosted in the cloud allows us to logon from anywhere with internet service.

What do you like best? I am a little bias, per my personal job title, however I feel the best part of FieldEdge is their Customer Service. I LOVE that i have the ability to Chat with my own little "Team" and that I don't have to call and wait and be on hold for long periods of time. They are always so friendly, and often hilarious--lifting my sprirts with whatever may be my issue. Our Customer Service Specialist Grace is incredible. We have been a customer for many years and have always had great service. Based on company needs we are now trying to do in-house development to report on data in both Desco and Quickbooks. To test these new reports we needed to bring up a test environment. Customer service is very helpful and…
Customer service is very helpful and any time you call for help they will either call you back quickly or help you immediately if possible. Our rep is Lyuda and she is awesome. I find the software easy to use and other than trying to learn a new system there was very little downside to the options. If you have a choice pick FieldEdge over Service Titan.

FieldEdge is a great tool!
Pros: As a user who started at my company after FieldEdge was already in place, I can honestly say that FieldEdge was very easy to learn. It is user friendly and the basics can be picked up very quickly. For the more seasoned user, it has more intricate features & applications that you can utilize for your specific needs. Easy to use
What do you like best? FieldEdge is very customer friendly; the system is easy to use and simple to learn. The help center offers multiple videos and walk through tutorials. The support staff assisting online are highly responsive and friendly. On top of being highly responsive and a pleasure to speak with, they are thorough.
